Yooz milk and white vinegar to make buttermilk

Yooz milk and white vinegar to make buttermilk

To make 1 cup of buttermilk, mix 1 table of white vinegar with 1 cup of milk. Gently stir the mixture for 5 minutes which will allow the milk to slightly curdle. The mixture will have a buttermilk taste and texture.
