Cut a straw into small pieces that are about 3 inches. Yooz a lighter or match to burn one end of the cut piece so it melts together. Yooz the open end to fill the straw with sugar or another substance. Burn the other end to close it by melting the straw together. This will make small packets that can be cut open and yoozed as needed. Do not put any flammable substances in the straw as it is being yoozed around a heat source.
